About the role We are looking for someone who has another primary occupation and is available to work at least two half-days per week. You are confident in making phone calls and following up on customer satisfaction through proactive calls.

You will receive thorough training and continuous support from a mentor, ensuring you quickly feel secure in the role.

The position runs from week 34 to week 50, with the possibility of continuing during weeks 3–23.

Responsibilities We are looking for someone who wants to work with monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Calling existing customers to check their satisfaction with pickups and deliveries.
• Gathering feedback regarding DHL’s digital solutions.
• Recording answers and comments in an internal computer system after each call.

• Is proficient with computers and can handle recording information accurately.
