As a School Administrator, you are an ambassador for the school and one of its public faces. Your tasks are varied and primarily involve supporting the school management and collaborating with other staff. You will often serve as the first point of contact for guardians and external parties reaching out to us. The role is highly varied and demands flexibility, as well as the ability to independently prioritize and structure your work.

We are looking for you who have a upper secondary education and previous experience working with administrative tasks in a school or other municipal operations.
You possess good digital competence and learn new systems easily. You are organized, responsible, and meticulous in your work, with the ability to view operations from a holistic perspective.
You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have a high degree of service orientation and professional demeanor. You thrive in a day filled with varied tasks. It is important to us that you are self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment surrounded by children and young people.
A valid driver's license is required.
Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. The position is subject to necessary decisions being made.

The Municipal Executive Board has decided that all new hires must present a criminal record extract prior to employment. The required extract is specifically for work within schools or preschools.
