Your new job

As a Business Performance Analyst, you’ll play an important part in the team and contribute to a better everyday life for the many by turning complex data into clear insights. Your primary focus will be to drive performance and enable better business decisions across Supply. The impact of our work will resonate in homes and hearts across the world. On a typical working day, you will:

  • Drive performance follow-up and business steering by delivering relevant and actionable insights
  • Partner with stakeholders across Supply to support fact-based decision-making
  • Define and develop KPIs, metrics, and performance frameworks
  • Perform advanced analyses of business performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Translate complex data into clear, impactful visualizations and communication
  • Contribute to business development through scenario modelling, forecasting, and risk assessments
  • Strengthen and evolve analytical methods, data models, and tools within IKEA Supply
  • Actively contribute to improving how we use insights to steer the business

Qualifications

What we’d like you to bring to the table

To be successful in the role as a Business Performance Analyst we believe you have:

  • Solid experience in business performance analysis, financial analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of financials, business planning, and operational KPIs
  • Proven experience working with data modelling, trend analysis, and performance insights
  • Good understanding of the IKEA value chain and Supply context is considered a strong advantage
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong skills in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Are driven by facts and motivated to turn insights into business actions as well as have the confidence to challenge, influence and support stakeholders in decision making

It’s a plus if you also:

  • Have experience with SAP S/4, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or Power BI
  • Enjoy working with complexity and know how to translate it into clarity for others
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, know how to build strong relationships and constantly strive to see the bigger picture
  • Have a structured way of working are reliable and know how to prioritize and deliver in a dynamic setting
