We are now looking for a Damage Advisor who wants to be a key part of our operations and contribute to ensuring our customers have the best possible experience.
About the Role
As a Damage Advisor with us, you will play a central role in the claims process – from the initial assessment to the completed repair. You are the link between the customer, the workshop, and the insurance company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and professionally.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assessing vehicle damage and performing accurate cost calculations for repairs – this is the core of the role.
- Maintaining close contact with customers and guiding them through the entire claims process.
- Collaborating with the workshop to ensure correct documentation and efficient handling.
- Creating and updating damage calculations in our systems according to insurance company requirements.
- Communicating continuously with insurance companies and other parties.
- Supporting the service workshop as needed to ensure a smooth workflow and good customer experience.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Damage Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Is structured, detail-oriented, and thrives in an organized environment.
- Is confident in customer interactions and communicates clearly and professionally.
- Is solution-oriented and sees opportunities even when workload is high.
- Has relevant education or equivalent experience in vehicle damage assessment.
- Is proficient with computer systems and preferably has experience with damage calculation in CABAS.
- Is fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) and has basic English skills.
- Has a valid driver’s license (Category B).
