At Contura, you will join a market-leading manufacturer where technology, quality, and customer experience go hand in hand. We are now looking for a Technical Advisor & Inside Sales Specialist to strengthen our aftermarket team and support our German-speaking customers and partners.

YOUR ROLE

You will become a key part of Contura's aftermarket and technical support team, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, distributors, and retailers in the German-speaking market.

This is not a traditional customer service role.

Instead, you will combine technical advisory, aftermarket support, and inside sales in a position where your ability to build relationships, solve problems, and understand technical solutions will make a real difference.

You will work closely with customers, distributors, product specialists, engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Technical advisory for customers and retailers in German-speaking markets
  • Support regarding installations, products, and technical solutions
  • Aftermarket support, warranty, and spare parts management
  • Handling quotations and inside sales activities
  • Supporting distributors and retail partners
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation
  • Identifying recurring quality issues and improvement opportunities
  • Building long-term relationships with customers and partners

WHO YOU ARE

We believe you are someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right solution. You are confident in customer interactions and thrive in a role where technical understanding, communication, and commercial awareness come together.

Perhaps you are currently working within technical customer support, aftermarket services, inside sales, or technical advisory. You are comfortable discussing technical questions with customers and distributors, and you enjoy taking ownership of your area while working closely with colleagues across different functions.

Most importantly, you are a positive and collaborative team player who values long-term relationships, both with customers and colleagues. You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated by finding practical solutions that create value for everyone involved.

We believe you bring:

  • Several years of experience in technical customer support, technical inside sales, aftermarket services, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken
  • Good Swedish and English communication skills
  • Strong technical understanding and an interest in technical products and solutions
  • Experience working with B2B customers, distributors, or retailers
  • The ability to understand and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
  • A structured and solution-oriented approach to your work
  • Confidence in managing customer inquiries and technical discussions independently

It is considered a plus if you also have:

  • Experience from manufacturing, construction, HVAC, or installation-related industries
  • Experience handling warranty claims, complaints, or spare parts management
  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and product support
  • Experience working in an international business environment
  • Experience with ERP or business systems
