Bevego is one of Sweden's leading wholesale companies within construction sheet metal, ventilation, and technical insulation. We are now looking for a field sales representative for the South East region. As a Field Sales Representative, you play a crucial role in closing deals and building long-term, profitable customer relationships. You will be part of an engaged team where you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create results together. The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period.
What will you do?
- Independently plan your sales activities and work actively with your own customer portfolio.
- Drive and develop customer activities.
- Actively seek new customers, write quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Develop relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with inside sales and other colleagues within the company.
- Visit customers in the market on a daily basis.
- Participate in activities such as trade fairs and customer events that build strong relationships over time.
Who are you?
You have at least a high school education, preferably with a technical focus or oriented towards sales in a technical environment. You have previous experience in proactive sales as well as with CRM systems or similar tools, which you use naturally in your work. Experience from the industry and specifically with construction sheet metal is a significant plus.
You thrive in interactions with people, are clearly service-oriented, and strive to find solutions where others might see problems. You are someone who wants to engage in the region's success and actively contribute to the positive development of work and relationships within and outside the company. You have your own "engine" and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Being self-motivated, flexible, and goal- and result-oriented are therefore important personal qualities for this role.
Good teamwork skills are also valuable, while the job requires that you are proficient in expressing yourself in Swedish and preferably English. We place great importance on the right person as we work according to the three keywords: Together, Simplicity, and Commitment.
The work area covers the entire region where you will be stationed, according to agreement, at one of our branches within the region. You will spend 4 days a week in the field and report directly to the Regional Manager.
