Customer Support Manager at Teknopress

Teknopress is now looking for a Customer Support Manager who wants to take a key role in our operations. As Customer Support Manager, you will be the coordinating link between sales, production, warehouse, and finance. You are responsible for ensuring that our customer and order flows operate smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our sustainability efforts and develop processes that strengthen both the customer experience and the business.

About the role

In the role of Customer Support Manager, you are the hub of operations and have a central function in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You work closely with several departments and drive proactive improvement work to create efficient processes and high delivery precision.

Your main responsibilities

• Coordinate order flows and deliveries between different departments.
• Ensure a high service level and a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer cases and serve as an important contact point internally and externally.
• Identify and drive improvements in routines and work processes.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and efficient working methods.
• Collaborate with sales, production, warehouse, and finance to ensure smooth flows.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You thrive in a role with many contact surfaces and are motivated by creating order, developing processes, and delivering high quality.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in customer support, customer service, order management, or similar administrative roles.
• Experience in coordinating processes and working cross-functionally.
• Good system proficiency and experience with business systems.
• A strong customer focus and good communication skills.
• Experience with the business system Monitor as well as knowledge of EDI connections and electronic information flows, which is considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
