We offer a full-time summer temporary position during the period of June–August. For the right person, there is a possibility of continued work in the form of hourly employment as needed during the autumn.
About the job
As a summer temporary employee, you will have a rewarding role where you work within selected parts of the monthly payroll process. You will gain a good insight into how payroll administration works in a larger organization and become an important part of the daily operations.
Your tasks will include, among other things:
- Processing of expenses and travel accounts
- Issuing of certificates
- Support to colleagues as needed
You will work in modern systems and have the opportunity to develop your understanding of how pay, contracts, and systems connect in practice.
About you
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you take responsibility, work in a structured manner, and provide service to others. You are meticulous in your work, curious, and have a desire to learn and develop in your role.
We are looking for someone who:
- Studies to become a payroll specialist or has equivalent education
- Has good system familiarity
- Expresses themselves well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Advantageous:
- Experience with HR or payroll systems
Your workplace
You will become part of the Payroll Unit within the HR Department, where we are a team with good cohesion and a helpful culture. We work together to ensure that the correct pay is paid out on time and that our processes maintain high quality.
Here, you will receive support from experienced colleagues and a good introduction, so that you can quickly get started in the work.
About the employment
Full-time employment in the form of a summer temporary position during the period of June–August. We expect you to be able to work most of the summer period.
After the summer, there is a possibility of hourly employment (intermittent needs-based employment) as needed during the autumn.
Start date by agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
