About Samhall

Samhall exists to create a more inclusive labor market where everyone is seen as an asset. Our mission is to create meaningful jobs for people with disabilities. Every year, approximately 2,000 people are assigned to us by the Swedish Public Employment Service, and what we do is offer them a stable platform to stand on and the opportunity to train their skills and develop their competence. Our most important goal is that 1,500 people leave us each year for work outside of Samhall.

No matter where you work within our organization, our mission and goals are ever-present. The conviction that all people have competence is a compass and a driving force for all of us. We believe that you, reading this, feel just as strongly about it as we do.

We are 24,000 employees, including about 1,500 managers and specialists, with operations throughout the country. Together, we work for a more inclusive labor market that benefits individuals, organizations, and society at large.

Welcome to Samhall!

About the Role

Do you want to work with business quality assurance in a role where attention to detail, analysis, and judgment are crucial to the operation?

We are now looking for a Contract Specialist with a focus on contract review who wants to take responsibility for ensuring quality and compliance in our business operations before contracts are signed.

The role involves reviewing the sales organization's contracts prior to signing with the customer. The focus is on ensuring that the contracts meet content requirements, that the business process is complete and correctly executed, and that pricing aligns with underlying calculations.

The work includes:

  • Interpretation of contracts
  • Ensuring that internal guidelines and working methods are followed
  • Reviewing that all steps in the sales process are correctly executed
  • Feedback to sales staff and other internal stakeholders
  • Decision on whether contracts can be concluded

You work closely with the sales organization and serve as a support in the business, where you both ensure quality and contribute to moving the work forward. The role requires independence, integrity, and the ability to make qualified assessments in a business-critical context.

You collaborate with several functions within the organization and are an important part of developing working methods, guidelines, and structures related to contract review. As needed, you also provide support to colleagues within the contract area.

We are looking for someone who has

  • A university degree in law, political science, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
  • Several years of experience working with contracts, business review, controlling, or similar
  • Experience in contract review, contract assessment, and interpretation of governing documents
  • Ability to independently make assessments and prepare decision support materials in matters with business and risk impact
  • Good understanding of business processes and economic connections
  • Experience handling high case volumes with requirements for structure and quality
  • We would appreciate if you have worked with Dynamics, SharePoint, and various AI tools

It is meritorious if you have worked in a role where reviewing contracts or operations was a primary task.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

Have a deep understanding of contract issues and regulations and work analytically, carefully, and systematically in your work. Your very good reading ability allows you to quickly familiarize yourself with and absorb extensive information. You have high integrity and are confident in making independent assessments even in complex situations.

Furthermore, you are clear in your communication and can provide qualified guidance to various stakeholders. You have a service-oriented attitude and build trust in collaborations, while working proactively and contributing to the development of working methods and quality in the operations.
