About the role
As a Customer Advisor, you meet the bank's private customers via phone, chat, and secure messages, helping them with various banking matters. You guide customers through inquiries ranging from Bank-ID and card management to payments and transfers. The focus of the role is to provide professional service by resolving the customer's issue directly during the contact and ensuring that the handling is done correctly in the bank's systems. An important part of the job involves identifying the customer's potential needs and referring them further within the bank.
As a Customer Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers with banking matters via phone, chat, and secure messages
- Handling administration related to customer cases in various systems
- Identifying customer needs to subsequently suggest a meeting with the appropriate advisor based on the situation and segment
The role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with varying working hours between 07:45 and 17:15. The position is a 6-month consultancy assignment via Adecco with good opportunities for permanent employment at Danske Bank. The work is performed on-site at the office in Linköping, and the start date for the position is in August.
About you
We are looking for you who have experience in customer service and enjoy working with people. You are confident in communicating in both Swedish and English, and you have a natural interest in the economy and finance sectors. If you have an academic education in economics or experience from phone-based roles, it is an advantage.
As a person, you are independent and responsible, with a strong drive to develop and achieve results. You are engaged, curious, and dare to make decisions when the situation requires it. In every customer meeting, you strive to create real value and always act with business-like professionalism, clarity, and integrity.
Important for the role are:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Genuine interest in economics and a desire to develop within banking and finance
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Understanding of AI and an interest in deepening knowledge in this area
