About the Company
Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys talking on the phone and wants to work in a tight-knit team? At Clockwork, we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Communicator for their customer service in Norrköping. This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately, lasting until the end of September with a possibility of extension. The work takes place on-site at the office in Norrköping.
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Communicator, you will become an important part of our client's customer service, where you will interact with the company's customers daily via phone and email. The role involves answering questions across all of the company's business areas. The work is varied and consists of both short customer cases and more complex questions that require collaboration with other parts of the organization or external contractors. A typical workday is often divided between phone shifts and administrative tasks, with the majority of the time spent handling customer cases via phone.
You will become part of a team of six people, where you will share responsibility for the assignment and work closely with each other in your daily routine. Team spirit is strong here; you will support and help each other to jointly achieve the business's goals and create the best possible customer experience.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in customer service and now want to take the next step in your development. You have worked with phone-based customer contact and feel confident in dialogues with customers, something you also find both fun and motivating. At the same time, we place great emphasis on your attitude. You are curious, forward-looking, and thrive in a role where the pace is fast and there are many touchpoints. As a person, you are positive, driven, and engaged in what you do.
You are computer literate and comfortable working in various systems, preferably case management systems. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English. To thrive in this role, we see that you are a team player who appreciates working together with others. You are helpful, contribute to the team, and enjoy supporting your colleagues in everyday life to jointly achieve the best possible results.
