Your Role

We are now looking for an experienced project leader who wants to take a central and operational role in our organization – where quality, collaboration, and technical depth go hand in hand. As a Purchasing Quality Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading and coordinating quality matters related to purchased products, suppliers, and external requirements. You function both as a specialist and as the hub in cross-functional investigations – from root cause analysis to corrective actions and final reports.

You will also be a key competence resource in the organization regarding standards, regulatory requirements, and working methods within supplier quality. The role involves close collaboration with purchasing, engineering, production, quality, the flight certification organization, as well as direct dialogue with both customers and suppliers.

Your Profile

We are looking for a person with strong analytical skills and a structured working methodology. You should be able to communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders and thrive in an environment where quality, technology, and improvement work are at the center.

We would like to see that you:

• Have experience in quality work within manufacturing industry.
• Have worked with quality investigations.
• Are accustomed to driving complex cases and collaborating with multiple functions.
• Experience from aviation or other regulated industries is meritorious.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
