Fergas has a strong technical foundation, long-standing customer relationships, and high ambitions for the future. We are now looking for a business-driven and entrepreneurial Sales Responsible Europe who wants to take a key role in our continued growth.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will be given clear business responsibility, significant authority, and the opportunity to influence how we develop our European operations. You will drive strategically important business from initial customer contact through to contract signing and handover to the execution organization – and be a central part of how Fergas grows in the coming years.
About the role
As Sales Responsible Europe, you are responsible for developing business and winning new contracts within selected markets and product areas in Europe. You work closely with customers, colleagues, and external partners to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive complex business processes to completion.
You will
- Develop new business opportunities and create long-term growth.
- Take responsibility for the entire sales process – from first contact to signed contract.
- Lead tender and quotation work.
- Drive commercial and contractual negotiations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the sales process.
- Be responsible for sales budgets, forecasts, and follow-up.
- Contribute to and translate the company's business plan into concrete activities and results.
- Develop working methods, processes, and tools that strengthen our competitiveness.
- Represent Fergas in the market and build long-term customer relationships.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who combines a strong business drive with the ability to build trust and create results over time. You thrive in an environment where you are given responsibility, make decisions, and drive development forward.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have
- Experience in technical B2B sales.
- Documented success in product or solution sales.
- Experience with complex sales processes, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel deals and prioritize correctly.
- A structured and methodical working style.
- Experience collaborating with technical, production, and project organizations.
- A genuine interest in developing both business and working methods.
We would prefer that you are accustomed to working internationally and are comfortable traveling regularly within Europe.
Languages
- Fluent English in both speech and writing.
- Good knowledge of Swedish.
- Additional European languages are an advantage.

About the company Fergas Group is a workshop group with its headquarters in Linköping. We have production units in Sweden, China, the USA, and Italy, as well as sales offices in the USA and India. The group has a turnover of approximately 25 MEUR and employs around 150 people globally. The company develops, produces, and sells fans and fan systems for a wide range of applications such as ventilation and heating, white goods, and the automotive industry, under the motto "Your Global Partner in Air Moving Solutions". The vision is to make our customers successful by following them to the markets where they conduct their global business.
