Recently, we have expanded our operations to include the purchase and sale of used mobile phones, which will be a significant part of the role moving forward.

As an employee at Fix My Phone, you will meet our customers daily and serve as the face of the company. This role requires high social competence, responsibility, and a drive for sales.

You will be the face of Fix My Phone. Through your advice and sales expertise, you will work with customers to identify what needs to be addressed on their mobile phones or tablets. You will then repair the device and follow up with the customer upon case completion, while also working on upselling accessories and other products. It is crucial to meet all customer needs, both explicit and hidden. We work towards a more sustainable future for both the customer and the world at large. Therefore, it is important to us that customers receive the right accessories and protection for their phones after a completed repair to prevent future incidents. Selling these products to the customer is your responsibility.

All new employees undergo training where we teach you how to repair various devices, handle the cash register, and receive regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and genuine drive. You are responsible and value order and structure in your life, for your own sake and for others.

Previous experience in sales and jobs requiring dexterity is considered an asset.

Salary: 20,000.00 SEK – 50,000.00 SEK per month
