About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Marketing & Sales department who is passionate about good business and high-quality customer support. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work with customers within the framework of KL Industri’s combined product offering and provide technical and commercial support. You will prepare bids, framework agreements, ensure order registration, handle inquiries, and assist the company's customers with technically sustainable solutions.

You will be based in Finspång and will be part of a sales team consisting of inside sales representatives, outside sales representatives, and preparers/project managers, reporting to the Marketing and Sales Director at KL Industri. This is a direct hire full-time position, and the start date can be adjusted to your current notice period. All questions regarding the position will be answered by the responsible recruitment consultant.

Main Responsibilities

The role involves stimulating and varied tasks in a dynamic work environment.

  • Order processing and registration of inquiries
  • Providing commercial and technical customer support via phone, email, and factory visits
  • Preparing bids and framework agreements
  • Documenting and reporting through the company’s CRM system
  • Participating in customer activities within the sales team, customer visits, and trade fairs
  • Customer and supplier contacts, as well as internal collaboration with functions such as design, production, purchasing, and logistics

Requirements:

  • High school diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent theoretical competence acquired elsewhere.
  • Relevant experience in electrical power and medium voltage levels.
  • Experience with calculations and technical computations.
  • Interest and understanding of technical customer-adapted solutions within the industry.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
