WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE
- Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving good sales results.
- You ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a positive, energetic work environment.
- You support the Store Manager by communicating, leading, and coaching the store team.
- You conduct sales training with the store employees.
- You are happy to roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed, from receiving goods to sales.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team.
- The ability to inspire and communicate to create a positive work climate.
- Passionate commitment to sales and customer service.
- Efficiency and calmness, even in stressful situations.
- Result-oriented with a drive to always improve.
- You enjoy having a day off in the middle of the week so you can be ready for customers and your team during the weekend work.
- A desire to develop your leadership skills. In the future, you see yourself as a Store Manager.
