WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE

• Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving good sales results.
• You ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and a positive, energetic work environment.
• You support the Store Manager by communicating, leading, and coaching the store team.
• You conduct sales training with the store employees.
• You are happy to roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed, from receiving goods to sales.

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team.
• The ability to inspire and communicate to create a positive work climate.
• Passionate commitment to sales and customer service.

• You enjoy having a day off in the middle of the week so you can be ready for customers and your team during the weekend work.
