About the role
As a Spare Parts Buyer, you work in a broad and responsible purchasing role where you ensure the delivery of spare parts to our contracts. You have overall responsibility for the entire flow, from identified need to delivery and follow-up. You become part of cross-functional supplier teams together with strategic purchasing, purchasing quality, and design, where you work together to create stable and long-term deliveries. In the role, you work operationally and close to the business to secure the material flow and develop cooperation with suppliers.

Some of your tasks:

• Purchasing of spare parts and IP packages.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and handle invoices.
• Handle export control issues.
• Review cost analyses from suppliers.

Your profile
We are looking for you who are a non-hierarchical and solution-oriented team player with a positive attitude and a clear service focus. You are confident in your ability to build and develop relationships, both internally and externally, and take responsibility for independently driving your work forward and ensuring quality deliveries. Since the role involves collaboration across several interfaces in the organization, you have a good ability to interact with others in a smooth and attentive manner, with a common focus on achieving set goals.

Furthermore, we are looking for you who have:

• Experience in operational purchasing.
• Relevant post-secondary education.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.

Other
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the current regulations for security clearance. For positions requiring security classification, this may, in some cases, entail a requirement for specific citizenship.
