We are now looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist for our office in Norrköping.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will become part of an established team working with multiple client assignments. You will be responsible for the entire payroll process – from processing and payroll calculations to ensuring compliance with laws and agreements. The role also involves supporting and guiding customers with their payroll questions to create smooth and well-functioning processes.
We are looking for someone with good experience in independent payroll work and confidence in handling the entire process. You have a business-minded approach, thrive in collaboration with others, and always put the customer's needs first.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in payroll (University College, Bachelor's, or equivalent) or equivalent longer professional experience
- At least three years of experience in qualified and independent payroll work
- Good understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements
Experience with payroll systems Agda and/or Crona, as well as Flex HRM Time and Travel, is considered a merit.
