Case Worker in Access and Control Systems

About the Assignment

We are currently looking for an experienced case worker for a consulting assignment within access and control systems.

In this role, you will work with the administration, review, and allocation of access rights in various IT systems. You ensure that processes for access management and lifecycle management are followed according to current procedures and regulations.

You act as a support and advisor to managers and access requesters. As needed, you also participate in testing, handle deviations, and support work related to audits and internal controls within access and security administration.

• Follow processes for the lifecycle management of users and access rights

Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in access management
• At least 3 years of experience in case management
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar support role
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in support processes
• Experience in service-oriented roles with many contact surfaces
• Experience working in larger organizations or public sector operations
