• You lead and drive improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
• You identify development opportunities together with the operations and translate them into concrete improvements.
• You compile, analyze, and communicate KPIs and other operational follow-ups.
• You contribute specialist knowledge regarding regulations, processes, and tools related to procurement.
• You support the operations in developing and streamlining working methods.
• You collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an environment with international supplier relationships.

• Documented senior experience in business development within procurement.
• Experience leading improvement projects and change initiatives.
• Experience compiling, analyzing, and communicating KPIs.
• Good understanding of regulations, processes, and tools related to procurement.
• Experience working with international supplier bases.
• Ability to drive work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Eligibility to pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
