What will you be working with?

We are currently looking for summer staff for a socially important operation within the public sector. Here you will work in both reception and switchboard, serving as a key first point of contact for people who need help, guidance, or information.

To meet the operational needs, we require that you are available to work throughout July and August. Working hours vary (day, evening, weekend, and night).

• Receive calls and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Help people by routing calls and providing correct information
• Answer questions and guide people in the right direction
• Search for information in our systems to assist in the best possible way
• Contribute to a positive experience for everyone you meet

Who are you?

You enjoy meeting people and want to do a good job. You are curious, engaged, and not afraid to take on new situations. Even when things are busy, you keep your cool and always try to help in the best way possible.

You thrive both in collaborating with others and in taking individual responsibility when needed. Above all, you have a positive attitude and a desire to learn.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• Basic computer skills (e.g., ability to search for information and work in various systems)
• Previous experience from a service role, such as retail, restaurant, reception, or similar
• Good habit of working with multiple systems simultaneously

About the position

• Employment type: Hourly contract as needed during July and August with good opportunities for extension
• Working hours: Varying hours – weekdays, evenings, and weekends
