At Södra Wood Kinda, we are now looking for a Logistics and Planning Manager who wants to take a key role in a business undergoing a comprehensive development journey with significant investments and changes.

As Logistics and Planning Manager, you have a central role in the development of Södra Wood Kinda and are part of the site management team. You are responsible for leading and developing work within logistics and planning, as well as contributing to the business moving towards common goals and a more efficient way of working.

You lead the team within logistics and planning and create the prerequisites for a well-functioning collaboration where clarity, involvement, and responsibility are important parts. Through your leadership, you contribute to a culture where people develop and improvements are driven together.

In the role, you work closely with colleagues in production, maintenance, sales, and management to ensure functioning flows and balanced production. You have an important function in turning plans and decisions into practical implementation and contributing to the continued development of the business.

Mainly, you will focus on the following:

• Lead, coach, and develop employees within logistics and planning

• Develop and improve working methods, processes, and flows

• Ensure functioning planning and follow-up of production

• Collaborate cross-functionally to create holism and efficiency in the business

• Contribute to the business's development through structure, improvement, and long-term perspective

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Kisa.

Since Kinda is a smaller production unit, cross-functional collaboration is a natural part of the work. You thrive in an environment where flexibility, lack of hierarchy, and a holistic view are crucial for success.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

• Experience of personnel responsibility within industry, production, logistics, or similar operations

• Experience of change management and business development

• Ability to develop teams and create engagement

• Experience of improvement work and structured working methods

• Post-secondary education in engineering, logistics, economics, or equivalent experience
