About the role

• Customer support via incoming phone calls, email, and chat, where you analyze issues and resolve customer inquiries of both simple and complex nature in a fast, engaging, and pedagogical manner.
• Upselling – where you conduct a needs analysis in every call and inform all customers about ongoing campaigns.

We are looking for someone who

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Is fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and has good English skills.
• Has basic computer knowledge.
• Is service-oriented, professional, and meticulous, but also responsible, goal-oriented, stress-resistant, and enjoys problem-solving.
• Is flexible, available, and ready to work here for at least 6 months.
