Your role in the business

You will be part of a team that administers our work orders and systems to ensure a smooth flow of reporting and execution. As an Accountant, you are responsible for ongoing accounting and financial follow-up. You work closely with the operations and contribute with analyses and data that support the company's financial management. Our goal is to work smart and efficiently towards the same objectives.

Although your primary role is Accountant, it is important that you have insight into our processes and can support the administrators when needed. We believe you will contribute to creating a good work climate within the organization, where we support and help each other when necessary.

You report to the Team Leader for the Administration Group.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• VAT and tax declarations.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Preparation of reports and financial analyses.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Contact with auditors, authorities, and other external parties.
• Participation in the development and streamlining of financial processes.

We are looking for someone who

• Has post-secondary education in economics or accounting.
• Has experience with qualified accounting work.
• Has good knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation, as well as handling ROT and RUT services.
• Is familiar with working in financial systems and Excel.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience with some payroll administration is a plus.
