Strengthening our System Procurement Team

We are currently strengthening our team with two Supplier Project Managers, and perhaps you are the one we are looking for.

Your future challenge

As a Supplier Project Manager within Strategic Procurement, you are responsible for drafting and leading the implementation of procurement contracts for suppliers performing extensive development work related to a specific product. In this case, this involves the development of an ambulance variant of the BvS10 and C4I on the CV90 platform.

The role of a Strategic Buyer within Systems involves being responsible for selected suppliers within a product area. In this role, you conduct supplier evaluations, request for quotations (RFQs), evaluate and negotiate terms, and ensure that we seize opportunities and mitigate risks within your area. You work on building and developing relationships with our key suppliers, as well as conducting continuous follow-up and goal management. You lead cross-functional teams in the project/contract phase with our suppliers and are responsible for ensuring that contracts are in place.

Who you are

We work in category teams composed of different roles and specialists. We are looking for you whose strength lies in communication, creating good relationships, and building long-term networks. You are goal-oriented and proactive, and you lead yourself and others in a structured and meticulous manner. Your planning skills are important; you are analytical and driven by creating good business outcomes. The ability to look beyond the immediate horizon and work with both a long-term perspective and daily management to achieve results are skills that are vital in this role.

You have an academic education, such as a Civil Engineer, Master of Science in Business and Economics, or other relevant post-secondary education. Since we have an international focus on customers and suppliers, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We would appreciate it if you have experience from a commercially oriented role, as well as experience from procurement, sales, and/or project management, and if you have an interest in technology.
