HS Cleaning Service AB was founded in 1984. In 2009, the name was changed to HS Service & Support AB. Today, HS Service & Support is part of a group with several companies, including IB Rent Cleaning Service AB, Smålands Städsupport AB, Oleicia Fastigheter AB, and HS Painting Service AB.

The group's total turnover is estimated to be between 250–300 million SEK during 2026–2027. The number of employees in the group is estimated at 550–600 people.

The headquarters are located in the beautiful city of Karlskrona, but the various companies have several local offices throughout Kalmar County, Blekinge County, Kronoberg County, and northeastern Scania.

The various companies have business areas specialized in local cleaning, property services for external maintenance, painting services for both contractors and private individuals, home services for private individuals, and service departments that perform everything from window cleaning to graffiti and fire damage remediation, moving cleans, and floor care.

Job Description

ACCOUNT MANAGER / CORPORATE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – LOCAL CLEANING

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and business-oriented Account Manager who wants to help develop our customer relations, particularly within the Local Cleaning business area. You will become a key person in creating long-term partnerships and ensuring that our customers receive service and operational solutions that create real value.

In this role, you are primarily responsible for processing new customers, but also for developing existing customer collaborations and identifying new business opportunities. You work closely with both customers and internal specialist teams to deliver efficient, sustainable, and high-quality FM solutions.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition.
  • Develop and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into business solutions.
  • Responsible for sales, quotation work, and contract negotiations.
  • Follow up on contracts, economy, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive upselling and develop existing business.
  • Collaborate with the operations organization to ensure high delivery quality.
  • Participate in tenders and major business projects.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a natural relationship builder with strong business acumen and a genuine interest in the customer's business.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in B2B sales or customer responsibility.
  • Experience from sales within Facility Management, local cleaning, contracting, or a related industry is meritorious.
  • Documented ability to create and develop business.
  • Good financial understanding and experience working towards budgets and result targets.
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Category B driver's license.
