Do you want to gain valuable experience in finance while studying? We are now looking for a Finance Assistant for a summer position with the possibility of continuing as a part-time employee during the autumn.

You will be part of the finance function and work closely with colleagues. The role is broad within financial work, with a focus on accounts payable and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Manage accounts payable
• Register and process invoices in Medius
• Support the team in Stockholm with procurement processes
• Assist with ongoing financial administration
• Contribute to structure and follow-up in financial processes

The work is full-time during the summer and part-time during the semester, where you need to be available for work at least 2 weekdays per week.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who:

• Are studying finance at least 50% and have at least two years of studies remaining
• Preferably study finance with a focus on controlling
• Have good skills in Excel and other relevant digital tools
• Have good analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy administrative tasks

It is an advantage if you:

• Have previous experience working as a Finance Assistant
• Have experience with Medius or similar invoice management systems
• Have knowledge or interest in data analysis and related tools
