The role of Method Developer with us

In your assignment, you will participate in and drive operational quality work at the unit level. You are a support function to employees and unit managers in operations, and act as a link between the operations and the Administrative Management Office.

The main task of the Method Developer is to ensure the quality of operations at the unit level, within their district and area of competence. As a Method Developer with us, you work to develop work within the area so that support, service, and care can be provided to those we serve in accordance with legislation, established goals, methods, quality requirements, and guidelines. You will follow up and evaluate the various areas, working methods, and projects of the operations, and take appropriate measures in consultation with colleagues and unit managers as needed. You will develop and implement working methods, approaches, and routines that lead to good and safe care and support for those we serve.

Your profile

As a person, you work well with others and are accommodating and attentive in your interactions. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward towards goals, deliver results, and prioritize your work effectively. You adapt to changed circumstances and see opportunities in change. You have a genuine interest in the field of operations, see the big picture, understand contexts, and the importance of long-term work.

You take initiative and often come up with new approaches to work-related issues. You have the ability to lead and inspire others and are not afraid to speak in front of groups. As a person, you enjoy working in many different areas and switching quickly between different assignments. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for you who have:

• An appropriate university education as an occupational therapist or physiotherapist
• Substantial and relevant experience for the work
• Experience of working with the target group
• A driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience of method development for the target group
• Relevant experience of leadership

You will become part of the Administrative Management Office, where development leaders, operational developers, method developers, and people with system competence work to create conditions that facilitate change and development.

We offer permanent full-time positions with a start date as agreed.

Working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday (flexible hours apply).
