What we offer
Micropol Fiberoptic is in an exciting growth phase where we are broadening our product portfolio and accelerating our international expansion. By the end of 2026, we will take the next step in our development by moving to a new headquarters and a modern production facility in Halmstad.
As an HR Generalist with us, you will play a central role in our continued growth journey. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, and you will be a key person in attracting, identifying, and hiring the right talent as the organization expands.
About the role
The role involves close collaboration with managers throughout the entire recruitment process – from defining requirements and advertising, to selection, interviews, candidate experience, and offers. In addition to recruitment, you will handle onboarding and ensure that new employees have a professional and welcoming start with us. Furthermore, you will handle ongoing HR administration, such as employment contracts and personnel documentation, and support the HR Manager in HR-related processes and routines.
The role also offers the opportunity to help shape how we grow as a company. We are looking for someone who has
- A university degree with an HR focus, such as in Human Resources or another equivalent education
- Strong administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Meritorious qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or search
- Experience in HR-related work within a union-agreement environment, preferably under the Technical Agreement (Teknikavtalet)
- Experience from manufacturing industry or technology companies
Swedish citizenship is a requirement for employment. Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing are also required.
