Micropol Fiberoptic is in an exciting growth phase where we are broadening our product portfolio and accelerating our international expansion. By the end of 2026, we will take the next step in our development by moving to a new headquarters and a modern production facility in Halmstad.

As an HR Generalist with us, you will play a central role in our continued growth journey. You will primarily work with recruitment and be a key person in attracting, identifying, and hiring the right talent as the organization grows.

About the role

The role involves close collaboration with managers throughout the entire recruitment process – from job profiles and advertising to selection, interviews, candidate experience, and offers. In addition to recruitment, you will work with onboarding and ensure that new employees get a professional and welcoming start with us. Furthermore, you will handle ongoing HR administration, such as employment contracts and personnel documentation, and support the HR Manager in HR-related processes and routines.

We are looking for someone who has

• A university education with an HR focus, such as in Human Resources or equivalent education
• Good administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner
• Good communication skills in both speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience in recruitment or search
• Experience in HR-related work within a collective agreement-covered operation, preferably under the Technical Agreement (Teknikavtalet)
• Experience from manufacturing industry or technology companies

Swedish citizenship is a requirement for employment. Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing are also required.
