Lantmännen's SSC HR (Shared Service Center HR) is located in Falkenberg. Services within payroll, HR administration, and HR support are delivered from here. Lantmännen handles approximately 22,000 cases annually, distributed across support for the 20 countries where the group operates, as well as payroll for the companies in Sweden. Approximately 4,800 payroll statements are produced each month, distributed across 17 collective agreements.

As a Payroll Administrator at Lantmännen, you are responsible for the payroll processing for both staff and hourly workers. You work independently through the entire payroll process and ensure accurate and quality-assured payroll delivery in accordance with laws, agreements, and internal guidelines.

In the role, you will among other things:

• Manage the entire payroll process from registration to payment
• Work with controls, reconciliations, and quality assurance
• Handle pensions, insurances, and benefits
• Interpret and apply collective agreements, laws, and regulations
• Be a support to managers, HR, and operations in payroll and agreement matters
• Participate in audits, quality controls, and reporting
• Contribute to improvement work, digitalization, and process development

You will become an important part of the team and take on a role where structure, precision, and service are in focus.

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in payroll or equivalent experience, as well as several years of experience in qualified payroll work. You are confident in the entire payroll process and have good knowledge of Swedish payroll administration, labor law, collective agreements, and pensions.

You have good knowledge of the Office package. Experience from larger organizations or work with multiple collective agreements is meritorious. The same applies to experience with Workday, SoftOne, or SD Worx.

As a person, you are independent, structured, responsible, and meticulous. You enjoy combining administration with service, are easy to collaborate with, and are used to prioritizing when the pace is high. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
