As an HR Generalist with us, you will play a central role in our continued growth journey. You will primarily focus on recruitment and be a key person in attracting, identifying, and hiring the right talent as the organization expands.

About the role

The role involves close collaboration with managers throughout the entire recruitment process – from defining requirements and advertising, to selection, interviews, candidate experience, and offers. In addition to recruitment, you will handle onboarding to ensure new employees have a professional and welcoming start with us. Furthermore, you will manage ongoing HR administration, such as employment contracts and personnel documentation, and support the HR Manager in HR-related processes and routines.

The role also offers the opportunity to help shape how we grow as a company. We are looking for someone who has

• A university degree with an HR focus, for example as a personnel scientist or other equivalent education
• Good administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Meritorious experience

• Experience in recruitment or search
• Experience in HR-related work within a union-agreement covered operation, preferably under the Technical Agreement (Teknikavtalet)
• Experience from manufacturing industry or technology companies

Swedish citizenship is a requirement for employment. Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing are also required.
