About the assignment

We are currently looking for a Public Administration Economist for a consultancy assignment via Bemannia at 80%, starting 2026-07-13 until August 2027. You will become part of the economic network where you collaborate with economists from various parts of the organization. You belong to the administration's support staff and work closely with financial controllers, business controllers, business developers, and investigators. Together, you form a qualified support to the operations while contributing to follow-up, analysis, and internal control. Your main workplace is on-site, but the role offers flexibility through flextime and the possibility of some remote work.

Your responsibilities

In the role of Public Administration Economist, you are responsible for economic processes and follow-up at both strategic and operational levels. You work closely with managers, the management group, and the board to ensure good economic governance, long-term planning, and well-supported decision-making materials.

• Be responsible for the economic aspects of recurring processes such as board plans, annual reports, quarterly follow-ups, and internal control.
• Have overall responsibility for long-term economic planning of operational and investment budgets.
• Provide qualified and consultative economic support to managers through analysis, dialogue, and collaboration.
• Prepare, analyze, and present economic materials and reports to the management group and board.

Your qualifications

• At least three years of work experience as an economist.
• An academic degree in economics with a focus on accounting.
• Experience of similar tasks within public administration.
