Your Role
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and helpful customer experience.
- Assist with account setup and onboarding for new users.
- Support customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the application, devices, and accessories.
- Handle financial-related questions, including transactions, deposits, and activity reports.
- Provide clear and accurate product information to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Norwegian & Swedish (C1/C2) with good English skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems.
- Ability to explain technical and financial topics clearly.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Team player with adaptability in a dynamic setting.
