Your Role

  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and helpful customer experience.
  • Assist with account setup and onboarding for new users.
  • Support customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the application, devices, and accessories.
  • Handle financial-related questions, including transactions, deposits, and activity reports.
  • Provide clear and accurate product information to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Norwegian & Swedish (C1/C2) with good English skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems.
  • Ability to explain technical and financial topics clearly.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Team player with adaptability in a dynamic setting.
