About the role
As a Junior Salesperson, you actively work to create new business opportunities. Through proactive sales and new customer processing, you make the first contact with potential customers, schedule meetings, and guide them through the purchase experience – from the first dialogue to test drives and sales.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with proactive sales and new customer processing
- Make first contact and schedule meetings with potential customers
- Create a strong experience through test drives and advice
- Prepare quotations and present solutions
- Guide the customer in the choice of financing, insurance, and car delivery
- Work closely with our Key Account Manager (KAM) and develop through continuous feedback

Category B driver's license
Working hours and employment type
The position is located at our facility in Ystad, where we are currently undergoing an exciting initiative with renovation and development for the future – you will become part of a business in motion.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. Working hours follow a rotating schedule including weekend work. You are offered a fixed monthly salary with a variable performance-based commission component.
