About the role
As an Appointment Setter, you are responsible for creating new business opportunities by contacting companies and booking qualified meetings for our Account Managers. Social Zense offers industry-leading solutions in digital marketing, tailored to each individual customer.
You will be the first person our future customers meet, playing a crucial role in how Social Zense is perceived. Therefore, you should be sociable and skilled at establishing contact with new people.
You are responsible for the entire process, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up. Your primary tool will be your phone, and you will interact daily with potential clients.
Example of responsibilities
- You are responsible for contacting and booking meetings with potential clients, primarily via phone but also via email and LinkedIn
- You should quickly be able to understand the client's challenges and point out relevant opportunities and proposals
- You are expected to work in a structured manner, follow processes, and continuously develop your working methods
- Follow-up on leads and dialogues
- Work towards clear goals and key performance indicators
- Identify business opportunities in the client's existing digital presence
- Contribute ideas on how we can develop our sales
We are looking for someone who
- Is sociable, driven, and unpretentious
- Enjoys using the phone as a work tool and has experience processing cold contacts
- Is strategically minded with good knowledge of digital marketing
- Is goal- and results-oriented and has a natural competitive spirit 🏆
- Is curious about sales and business development
- Is empathetic and easily builds trust with others
- Has a structured and independent working style
- Is driven by the ability to influence your own salary
- Communicates well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Advantageous – not a requirement
- Previous experience in appointment setting or sales
- Previous experience in digital marketing
- Previous agency experience and/or experience in appointment setting/telemarketing
- Experience working towards set goals and key performance indicators
