Northclean Facility Services AB is part of the Northclean Group, whose goal is to build the leading corporate group in the Nordics within the industry by acquiring and developing the most established and successful companies from north to south. We value having close access to decision-making and a strong focus on proximity to our customers and employees. At our company, all jobs are equally important, and we are steadfast in our ambition to provide the best cleaning and window washing services. Our core values; responsibility, engagement, and care guide us in our daily work. We know that if we enjoy our work, we do a better job!

About the Role

We are now looking for you who want to work in a key role with the opportunity to influence and participate in the company's strategic business processes. You are meticulous, an excellent communicator, and of course have a business acumen. As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operations of the bidding activity and lead a small team of Bid Managers. You plan, follow up, and support employees to ensure that deliveries are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and with high accuracy, while you yourself project-manage your own bids.

As a Project Manager and Bid Manager, you are the process owner for the coordination of the sales process and work independently to produce persuasive texts and bid materials, but in close collaboration with Estimators and Business Area Managers. With your excellent knowledge of LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act) and public procurement, you will analyze and provide solutions that support wise decisions.

You also function as central business support, both internally and in meetings with customers, where you provide professional and service-oriented support in business, bidding, negotiation, and contract matters.

About You

You want to contribute to the company's growth and business goals by leading the bid team and project-managing bid processes with winning strategies and independently administering the bids – but of course also through your personality. You are a person who wants to make a difference!

We offer you a place right in the heart of one of Sweden's largest service companies. The culture is commercial, professional, and inclusive. We are driven by a shared passion for sales and business where the attitude is that we win and lose as a team.

The sales team you are part of collaborates broadly with many people within the company, and therefore we are looking for a person who has the following skills:

Communicative – You must communicate and sell your strategies and bids clearly to those who make decisions.

Social – We value greatly that you bring yourself and at least a laugh a day. Analytical – You turn conditions inside out to find the best solution. Creative – You always look for solutions before problems.

Business-driven – You are passionate about making a good business deal and you can work towards set goals.

Meticulous – You are a careful person who gladly dives deep into the bid documents that come in from our potential customers. But it is just as important to be meticulous in the administration of our business systems.

Flexible – You can quickly switch between different tasks and you are good at both listening and speaking.

Team-oriented – You put the team before the self.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, you must have an eye for detail and never leave anything to chance. You like to work structured in business processes. We believe you have experience within Facility Management or the B2B service sector, either as a supplier or a buyer within public operations.

Furthermore, we believe you can/have:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the bid team.
  • Plan and distribute tasks.
  • Ensure that the new sales process is followed.
  • Handle deviations and solve problems in daily operations.
  • Follow up on results and contribute to improvement work.
  • Be a role model and create a positive work environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of LOU and the public procurement process.
  • Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Great at layout and presentation techniques.
  • Understand the importance of dialogue and communication.
  • Several years of experience in public sales.
  • Strong skills in project management.

We offer both wellness benefits and social activities. That you enjoy your workplace is very important to us – we work together in both good and bad times.

The position is full-time and located in Danderyd or Malmö. We have a collective agreement and apply a probationary period. For questions about the position, contact our Commercial Director Ann-Charlotte Ekwall at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). Start date according to agreement but preferably as soon as possible. Warmly welcome with your application!

In connection with this recruitment, we have taken a stand regarding recruitment channels and therefore decline further offers of competence mediation, advertising, and recruitment assistance.
