ChangeGroup is one of the world's largest providers of travel currency and payment solutions. Currently, we operate in a total of 14 countries around the world. In Sweden, we have 24 exchange offices and about 100 employees, but we are growing rapidly and are now looking for you who want to join our exciting journey. We are currently looking for a retail salesperson for Center Syd.

We at ChangeGroup Sweden need reinforcement and are therefore looking for a full-time salesperson. You will be based at our office in Center Syd. Start date according to agreement.

The role of salesperson at ChangeGroup involves an stimulating daily routine where no day is like the other. As an employee at one or more of our offices, you work actively together with your team, characterized by joy, interaction, and business acumen - always with a high-class customer focus.

Your tasks vary but mainly include:

• Work at the cash register facilitating our main services: sale and purchase of currency

• Processing international payments via Western Union's payment system

• Processing bill payments/account deposits

• Continuous work regarding anti-money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures

• Handling administrative tasks to support and follow up on our sales

• Participation in sales activities and marketing projects

We are looking for you who have these qualities

• You love active customer meetings and constantly want to exceed customer expectations

• You are a driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, handling different customer profiles, and working towards set goals

• You are result-driven and service-oriented and want, just like your colleagues, to always deliver the best possible service at the highest possible profitability

• A flexible employee who can work at several of our offices as needed

• You are responsible and have an eye for detail, and complete your tasks with great accuracy and on time according to deadlines

• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others

• Some computer skills, primarily in Microsoft Office

• You have a completed education at least at the upper secondary level and have worked/are working with sales activities today

• Being able to speak and write Swedish and English fluently is a prerequisite for the position, as the corporate language is English. If you speak more languages, it is an advantage
