We are now looking for an engaged Order Coordinator for a client in the food and beverage industry

About the role

As an Order Coordinator, you have overall responsibility for the outgoing order flow – from registration to delivery and follow-up. You work closely with both customers and internal functions, contributing to ensuring an efficient and high-quality work process where collaboration and flexibility are in focus.

Main responsibilities

• Register, administer, and follow up on customer orders (domestic and international).
• Coordinate with field sales regarding direct orders, new products, and product samples.
• Handle order changes, backorders, complaints, and returns.
• Book and follow up on external transport.
• Support warehouse staff in daily planning, and assist with stocktaking and display setups.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within order management and logistics (preferably in the food industry).
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong IT proficiency and system experience.
• Experience in a role where you collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
• Comfortable with an "Office First" policy. This role requires you to be willing and able to work on-site at the office during office hours, Monday–Friday.

Merits

• Experience working in business and warehouse systems such as Visma Business and/or Apport.
• Experience with import and export matters, preferably within the food industry.

About the recruitment process
