We are looking for a driven and meticulous administrator for a fixed-term assignment during the summer and autumn months. You will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring high quality in our daily processes and customer interactions.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include light coordination, administration in our internal systems, and ongoing support via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer orders via phone and email
• Provide first-class customer service in Finnish or Dutch
• Administer and follow up on orders in the business system
• Document customer cases and update customer registers
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize order flow

We are looking for someone who

• Has advanced knowledge of Finnish or Dutch in both spoken and written form
• Has good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Has experience in customer service or administrative work

It is an advantage if you have

• Previous experience with order management
• Experience working in business systems (ERP)
• Experience working in an international corporate culture
