Our weddings and events gather guests from all over the world and set high demands on service, quality, and execution. That is why we are now looking for an experienced Wedding & Event Coordinator who wants to help create lifelong memories – and contribute to making every experience at Maryhill Estate completely unique.

About the role

As a Wedding & Event Coordinator here, you are responsible for planning, project managing, and executing weddings and events from the moment the sales team has signed the contract framework until execution. You are the customer's primary contact throughout the entire journey and ensure that every detail is executed with precision, warmth, and professionalism.

You will work with both Swedish and international clients and be a key figure in the coordination between guests, suppliers, and our internal teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Project manage weddings and events from booking to execution and follow-up

  • Be the main contact for brides, couples, clients, and partners

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for national and international guests

  • Ensure the client's vision is translated into a seamless and memorable experience

  • Coordinate suppliers, activities, transport, and accommodation solutions

  • Be responsible for schedules, run sheets, and on-site execution

  • Collaborate closely with the hotel's departments to ensure the highest possible guest experience

  • Identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations at every step

Who are you?

You are a natural project manager with the ability to listen to needs, guide the client, and ultimately achieve a result that surpasses the client's vision. You have an eye for detail, hospitality, and aesthetics, and thrive in an environment where no two days are alike. You are confident in client interactions, solution-oriented under pressure, and have the ability to build trust with both clients and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or project management

  • Experience with exclusive events, hotel operations, or hospitality is advantageous

  • Documented experience in independently driving complex projects

  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal

  • Experience working with international clients and guests is highly advantageous

  • Good understanding of budgets, calculations, and supplier management

  • Ability to handle many parallel processes without losing structure or quality

  • A genuine commitment to service and world-class guest experiences
