In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop both your technical skills and your customer interaction abilities. Over time, you will participate in further training in areas such as invoice handling, email, and chat. In your daily work, you will receive close coaching and support from your team leader, where both work performance and well-being are discussed. A good work environment and professional development are highly prioritized. Your own ideas and initiatives are warmly welcomed to improve working methods.
The primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls from private customers, and eventually managing inquiries via email and chat. Your most important task will be to provide customers with the best possible service and assist them based on their needs. You will also work with technical support, troubleshooting, and various administrative tasks related to phone calls.
This is a direct recruitment position, meaning that StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Bredband2. Working hours are during office hours, Monday–Friday, although weekend work may occasionally occur. The position is full-time (100%) and starts on August 12, 2026.

- Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
