As a Business Change Manager within DSV Lead Logistics, you lead and support change initiatives that improve ways of working, systems, and customer deliveries. You work at the heart of the transformation – where people, processes, and technology meet.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for change management in larger projects and implementations.

You will:

• Drive change management through all phases
• Support customer and system implementations
• Conduct workshops and gather requirements
• Act as a link between business, IT, and operations
• Translate needs into system solutions
• Create documentation and training materials
• Ensure UAT and rollout
• Manage risks, impact, and resistance to change

Your profile

You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at creating structure and collaboration.

We are looking for someone with:

• Relevant education or experience
• Experience in change management, business analysis, or logistics
• Understanding of project work
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Very good command of English

Preferred qualifications:

• TMS experience (e.g., Blue Yonder)
• Jira / Confluence
• ADKAR or similar methodology
