BidWise Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client.
Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Stockholm that helps companies grow through data-driven marketing. The company has grown rapidly in recent years, with revenues exceeding 12 million SEK, and is currently located in modern offices high up in the DN Tower in central Stockholm.
We are now looking for an Account Manager who wants to work in a performance-driven environment where personal responsibility, business focus, and development opportunities are at the center.
About the role
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and initial contact to customer meetings, proposals, and closing deals.
You will actively process new corporate clients and build long-term relationships with decision-makers. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have clear goals, and enjoy the opportunity to influence your own income.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing
- Identify and contact new potential corporate clients
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings
- Work systematically with prospecting and follow-ups
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Work towards clear sales targets and KPIs
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least two years of sales experience with documented good results
- Has experience in outbound sales and cold calling
- Thrives in new customer acquisition
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
- Is used to working goal-oriented and taking personal responsibility
Meritorious qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience from digital marketing, media, or SaaS
- Background in sports or other performance-oriented environments

Salary and benefits
- Fixed base salary: 20,000–30,000 SEK/month depending on experience
- Uncapped commission
- Target salary: 60,000 SEK/month or more
- Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
