Lövestad Alarm Center is an independent and nationwide alarm center.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our customer service team and would prefer that you meet the following criteria:
- Upper secondary education (high school diploma)
- Service-oriented
- Able to handle stress
- Clean criminal record
- Non-smoker

As a customer service representative, you serve as the vital link between the company and our customers. Your main tasks will include answering questions, receiving fault reports, and providing customer support for one or more organizations. At Lövestad Alarm Center, a strong service mindset is central to our values.
Your primary work tools are the telephone and the computer. As a customer receiver, you document all information via the computer and use various programs depending on the task. The internet and email are also important channels for communication and information exchange with customers and internal departments.
The position involves varying working hours.
