About the role
As an Account Manager, you will work on selling our digital services to businesses. Social Zense offers industry-leading solutions within digital marketing, tailored to each individual customer.
You are responsible for the entire sales process, which includes prospecting, sales, and follow-up. Your primary tool will be your phone, and you will meet with potential customers daily, both in digital and physical meetings that you have booked yourself.
As you build your customer base, your role will gradually evolve to include building and developing a long, tight, and proactive relationship with your customer portfolio. This includes regular follow-ups as well as upselling.
The position is located in Malmö.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop your own customer portfolio
- Proactive sales of our services (digital advertising via social media and search)
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings as well as ongoing follow-ups
- Understand customer challenges and develop relevant digital solutions and strategies
- Establish and develop strong, long-term customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and create growth through upselling
- Responsible for establishing and achieving targets against an individual sales budget
- Close dialogue with our Performance team, which handles production and primary customer contact
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience working with proactive sales towards new B2B customers
- Is accustomed to handling cold calls/contacts
- Is strategically minded with good knowledge of digital marketing
- Is confident in dialogues with decision-makers and experienced in leading meetings
- Is goal- and result-oriented
- Is trustworthy and receptive
- Has a structured and independent working style
- Is driven by the ability to influence your own salary
- Communicates well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and holds a valid driver's license
