Sales Representative for Skåne and Surrounding Areas

We are continuing our expansion and are now looking for someone who wants to help us continue to grow. We want the market's best salesperson for our range of hygiene products for toilets and public environments. You will be able to offer customers a new and fresh concept with customer-specific equipment in a new design, accompanied by complete service. What does the role as a Sales Representative involve? You will be responsible for new sales to potential customers. This includes booking your own customer visits as well as spontaneous visits, preparing quotes, negotiating, and drafting agreements. The role involves significant autonomy, and you will work independently towards your own budget. Together with your team and your Sales Manager, you will shape and set the framework for your success! You will work from home or from the facility in Fosie, Malmö, as appropriate, so it is suitable if you are living in Skåne.

Who are you? To succeed in the role of Sales Representative, you need to have a wonderfully positive attitude, be a real doer with strong personal drive and a strong winner's mentality. Structure and the ability to plan your days optimally are a given. You know that you need good discipline when it comes to having high activity with many customer contacts. You are quick-thinking, good at finding solutions, and thrive best out in the field with the customer. Making deals is the best thing you know!

What can you do? You have previous experience in proactive field sales and are accustomed to working independently. You should be a good networker who finds it easy to collaborate with colleagues in the hygiene team as well as with sales colleagues from our other business areas. If you are a generous person who is happy to share business opportunities with colleagues, you will get a lot back and will surely find it very fun to work at Elis. Sales training is an advantage but not a requirement, as we place great importance on personality and previous experience. You have at least a high school education and a driver's license.
