Our customer service department is growing even more, and we are opening up 10 new positions at our office in Palma de Mallorca. We are looking for you who want to take the next step in your career or discover life abroad.

Hiring will take place on a rolling basis throughout the summer; maybe we are looking for you!
About the role
As a customer service representative, you handle incoming customer inquiries via phone. You assist customers in a professional and efficient manner, where quality and customer interaction are always the focus.
In this role, working hours may vary between day, evening, and night shifts depending on which project you are assigned to.
The work includes, among other things:
- Handling bookings and cancellations
- Assisting both private and corporate customers
- Working towards clear goals linked to customer satisfaction and efficiency
You will become an important part of the team where your contribution directly impacts both the customer experience and the results.

- Are meticulous, structured, and stress-resistant

- Fluently speak and write Swedish and have basic English skills
