What we offer:

We are looking for a Merchandiser/Candy Picker to start immediately in a part-time role of 7 hours/week (Monday and Friday mornings). You will be responsible for Cloetta's loose candy and natural candy sections in various stores in Mora and the surrounding area.

The role involves working independently, meaning you will work on your own during shifts in-store. You will follow planned tasks and routines. The work is varied and takes place in different store environments, with daily contact with store staff and customers.

The job is physically demanding and involves regular lifting of candy boxes. A hand truck is used as an aid when handling and moving pallets and products in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock and ensure that loose candy and natural candy sections are well-stocked and visually appealing
• Pick up products from the store's warehouse
• Clean and maintain the candy sections on an ongoing basis
• Place orders according to established routines
• Handle waste such as cardboard and plastic
• Act as Cloetta's representative in-store towards staff and customers

Requirements:

• B-driver's license (mandatory)
• Access to a personal car for all shifts (mandatory)
• Availability to work weekdays during daytime hours, scheduled between 08:00–17:00
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks as planned
• Strong planning skills, attention to detail, and efficiency
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes with short notice
• Good physical fitness due to repeated lifting and high mobility requirements

Previous experience in grocery retail, picking, or store work is a plus. Training and onboarding will be provided before the assignment begins.

Employment Terms:

The position is a part-time role of approximately 7 hours per week, split into two shifts on Monday and Friday mornings. The vacancy is permanent and starts with a probationary period including training, as soon as possible. Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, but weekend work may occasionally occur.

The employment is covered by the Collective Agreement for Retail between Svensk Handel and the Swedish Union of Shop Employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).
