We are now looking for a Senior Procurement Consultant for an exciting development assignment in a socially vital and technology-intensive organization

The assignment involves structuring, developing, and future-proofing the procurement function within a complex organization where multiple companies collaborate. The focus is on establishing clearer processes, strengthening governance, and contributing to a more sustainable and efficient procurement organization.

In this role, you will map and analyze existing procurement processes, develop structures and guidelines for procurement, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support system enablement and integrations related to procurement and maintenance. The assignment also includes advising on future procurement strategies within the organization and leading change initiatives in an environment where transformation must be implemented gradually with strong organizational anchoring.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in both strategic and operational procurement, as well as a track record of building or developing procurement functions. You are accustomed to working in complex organizations and thrive in roles that require combining strategic thinking with an operational and pragmatic approach.

Experience in public procurement regulations, procurement systems, digitalization, or operations within water/wastewater, energy, infrastructure, or other technical environments is a plus.

As a person, you are calm, confident, clear in your communication, and skilled at building relationships. You have the ability to create structure and drive change while maintaining strong operational grounding.

The assignment is initially project-based for one year, with potential for extension over time. Hybrid working arrangements are offered. This will be a 100% consultant position where you will be employed by us, Boss Business Partner.
